Kitchen: Full kitchen with gas stove & oven, full-sized refrigerator & microwave. Extras include a vintage drip-style coffee maker, hot water kettle & toaster oven. Living Room: Sink into the soft sofas, relax, and enjoy a board game, movie, or book. A smart TV is ready to stream your favorite shows. The fireplace is filled with flameless candles that cast a warm glow with the touch of a button. Upstairs you will find both bedrooms and the full bath, as well as a cozy nook in the hallway with a built-in desk. Bedrooms: The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, and has a closet and an armoire. The second bedroom features a Double bed, a closet, and a small dresser/nightstand. This bedroom room is considerably smaller than the primary and is better suited for one adult. Bathroom: The full bathroom is located upstairs. Beach Essentials SEASONAL(Memorial Day thru Labor Day): Cooler, ice packs, tote bag, beach towels, camp chairs, and a beach tent. All first and second-floor living areas are available for guest use. I’m in the neighborhood! I prefer to give guests their space during their stay, but I’m close by and available to provide in-person assistance if needed! The bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the second floor of the home. The detached garage and the basement are not for guest use.
